Days Off

TriDot provides athletes with a predictable and manageable training schedule within the parameters of a normal 7-day week. TriDot is backed by science and fully optimized to ensure that all sessions work together to maximize an athlete’s performance gains and minimize risk of injury. The session frequency, sequence, and intensity are determined for each athlete individually to facilitate the overall goals for training.  

While athletes are able to skip or move sessions around as needed, too much movement can reduce the effectiveness of the training as a whole. 

TriDot prescribes training sessions every day of the week with active recovery days instead of off days. However, an athlete can choose to arrange their schedule to allow an off day.  The following steps allow you to fully customize your schedule:

  • Tap the 3 bar menu in the app
  • Tap on Schedule Settings and follow the instructions

If athletes want to change from the default prescribed number of sessions, they may want to adjust their Schedule Volume prior to adjusting their schedule - Updating Your Preferences
