Strength training sessions are included with the Complete, Legends, and Premium subscription levels.
If you have a Complete, Legends, or Premium subscription, you can add strength training to your optimized training program.
To turn on strength training, just follow these steps:
- Tap the 3-bar menu at the bottom right corner of the app
- Choose Training Preference
- Toggle the Include Strength Training switch to the right
After that, strength training sessions will be included in your upcoming training weeks.
Please note, after finishing strength sessions, you'll need to mark them as complete manually since there’s no automatic sync for these. If your device tracks strength sessions, it will upload them as extra strength or weight sessions, but they won’t be linked directly to the prescribed strength sessions.
