The short answer is "no," our training can be used very effectively without a coach. That said, there are many benefits to having the 1:1 attention of a coach and can be augmented with a coach. A coach can offer guidance on specific training areas such as nutrition, gear selection, technique, schedule adjustments, mental support, and much more. We have a great staff of coaches with a wide range of experience and expertise.
