Send your session to your device manually

Your training sessions* automatically send to your compatible device so you can follow the session on your device.  However, you may need to manually send you session to your device in instances when the device didn't sync properly or you moved the session to a different day. 

To send your session to your device, follow the following steps:

  • Tap into the session you want to send
  • Select the settings icon on the upper right hand corner
  • Select the Push Workout option

 

Once you have selected "Push Workout", you may need to sync your device with your phone..

Workouts can be manually sent 2 days or less from when the workout is scheduled to take place.

 

*Some swim sessions and any bike/run session (including assessments) that do not have a segment profile graph will not have the Push Workout option displayed as they cannot send currently
