How to send a session to Zwift

Connection Starts in TriDot.

Clicking Connect, you will be redirected to the Zwift Log in Screen:

You must then grant access permissions

Once Connected to Zwift, you can choose to have your sessions automatically sent to Zwift:

Navigate to your TriDot Preferences page and choose the auto-send for bike, run, or both.

If you prefer to manually send your sessions to Zwift:

First step - click the outdoor setting to indoor.  This will set your zones to the indoor environmental conditions that are set in your preferences.

Second step - send the session to Zwift by clicking the Send Session to Zwift button:

Launch your Zwift application. 

Once the send is complete you can find the workouts in Zwift.

For Cycling sessions, if it is scheduled for the day it will be available on the “For You” carousel:

It is also available in the Workouts > Custom > TriDot folder

Running sessions at this time will only be available in the Workouts > Custom > TriDot folder

Some items to note:

1. If you send a future week’s workout and it is re-optimized it may not send again due to a scheduled workout already existing on the Zwift call

 

Run Specific note:

1. You need to update your FTP in Zwift to match that of your FTP in TriDot to have your run paces calculated correctly.
