App won’t open or gets stuck loading

These first two steps below resolve most issues with the App not loading or opening:  

1. Swipe the app closed and reopen 
2. Clear the browser history on your phone and try again 

If you still experience loading issues, continue to these additional steps:

1. Uninstall the App 
2. Reinstall the App without opening it 
3. Restart your phone 
4. Open the app
