There are several Preferences that you can modify to customize your training schedule to better suit your life and your goals. Included are these options, among others:
- Set an Off day.
- Select what day you want to run long and bike long.
- Adjust your training volume from "Standard" to either "Low" or "High."
- Toggle Strength Training on or off (only available to Complete and Premium subscribers)
- Have your training emailed to you in a printer friendly format
To adjust your Preferences on desktop, click the "gear" icon in the bottom left, then select "Preferences" and edit the settings you would like to alter.
To adjust your Preferences on mobile, zoom out / back up to the Season Planner, click the "profile" icon in the upper right, and select "Preferences." Then edit the settings you would like to alter.
Note that TriDot provides Optimized Training for you, and by changing these preferences, constraints are placed on the optimization engine that could reduce your performance improvement potential. That said, triathlon is a hobby for most of us, and it's important that the sport fits into your life, not the other way around!
