To change your subscription, follow the steps below in the app.
- Click the 3 bar menu in the bottom left
- Click Settings and Preferences
- Click on Subscription Options
The Subscription Options page offers multiple options that suit a wide range of needs and lifestyles. Select which option fits you best and follow the prompts to finalize your upgrade or downgrade.

If you'd still like to cancel, click on the Cancel My Subscription button at the bottom of the Subscription Options page and follow the prompts
Once you submit your cancellation survey you will receive a confirmation email from our administration team.
