To cancel your subscription, select the 3-bar menu in the bottom right hand corner of the app. Select Settings and Preferences and then select Subscription Options. Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel my Subscription. Follow the prompts and be sure to fill out the offboarding survey to complete your cancellation.
Once you submit a cancellation you will receive a confirmation email from our administration team. Keep an eye out for the email, and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our Athlete Success team at any time.
