What are spinups?

Spinups on the bike are similar to strides on the run. Smoothly increase your cadence (leg turnover, pedal revolutions) until you are above 100-115 rpm. It’s important to increase smoothly and only go as fast as you can keep your body and hips steady.  No bouncing up and down in the saddle.
